Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to love your SmartrendX gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made at smartrendx.com.

Return Window & Conditions

  • 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/labels attached.
  • Please keep your order number and include photos if reporting defects or wrong items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards and digital items
  • Used, washed, or altered garments

Made-to-Order Notice

Most SmartrendX products are printed on demand. Minor variations in placement, tone, or size are normal and not considered defects.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@smartrendx.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if defective or incorrect).
  3. Wait for our reply with your RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it was our mistake).

Exchanges

To get a different size or color faster, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund once approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund it promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, we can no longer modify the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, notify us within 15 days. We’ll help investigate, but SmartrendX is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

EU/UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without reason. Notify us at info@smartrendx.com. You must return the goods within 14 days after notification. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will include the product price and basic shipping within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
